1. Question: I spent $90 in a single receipt at Far East Malls, how can I redeem the e-Voucher(s)?
Answer: Redeem the e-Voucher(s) by uploading an image of your receipt on the shopFarEast mobile App. All receipts are to be submitted within 24 hours from the date of receipt transaction. The Far East Malls e-Voucher(s) will be issued upon receipt approval (processing period: up to 2 days) to your App wallet.
Exclusively For Standard Chartered Credit Cardholders
If transaction was made using a Standard Chartered Credit Card, member is required to present the qualifying receipt at Clarke Quay Central or Orchard Central concierge counter to redeem the additional $5 Far East Malls e-Voucher* (Do NOT scan and upload receipt on App).

2. Question: If I spend $400 in a single receipt at a participating store (for return e-Voucher bonus), can I receive both $28 and $38 Return e-Voucher Bonuses?
Answer: No, each qualifying receipt is eligible for the redemption of one Return e-Voucher Bonus promotion tier only (either $28 return e-Voucher OR $38 return e-Voucher, per receipt for use at the same store). Limited to 1 redemption per member per day at each participating store unless otherwise stated.
3. Question: If I spend $400 in a single receipt at a participating store (for Return e-Voucher Bonus), can I receive both Far East Malls e-Voucher from Spend & Redeem promotion and Return e-Voucher Bonus promotion?
Answer: Yes, member is eligible to redeem a $10 Far East Malls e-Voucher* (for min. spend above $188) and a $38 store specific return e-Voucher* (for min. spend above $388 at participating stores).
Member can also redeem an ADDITIONAL BONUS $5 Far East Malls e-Voucher* if the transaction was made using a Standard Chartered Credit Card at Clarke Quay Central or Orchard Central.
*This is on the assumption that the receipt is the first qualifying transaction made by the member for the day
