1. 10X SFE$ (points)

 

Question 1: How do I earn 10X SFE$?  
Answer: Simply shop at One Holland Village and upload your receipt (with a min. $80 spend) to earn 10X SFE$. Only receipts with transaction dates and timestamp from 29 Nov 0000 to 01 Dec 2359 will be entitled to the promotion. 

Each member will be limited to 1 redemption per member, per day on a first-come, first-served and while stocks last basis, for their first approved qualifying receipt*.  
*Do note that receipt approval is not sequential. 

Question 2: What is the maximum SFE$ I can earn from the 10X SFE$ promotion?
Answer: Each member can earn a maximum of 2,000 bonus SFE$ per day, limited to 1 redemption per member per day. View examples of transaction on the activities page once receipt is approved below.

3. Question: Can I submit 2 receipts in a day?   
Answer: Yes, you can.   
 
However, please take note that only the first approved qualifying receipt will be eligible for the 10X SFE$ promotion.  SFE$ awarded are based on the date of the approved receipt, and processing may not occur sequentially. 
 
4. Question: When will my SFE$ be credited?  
Answer: Your SFE$ will be credited within 2 working days from the day of submission. We advise you to retain your original receipts until your receipt is approved if further verifications are needed.  

5. Question: Is there a concierge where I can submit my receipts?  
Answer: No, there are no concierge for receipt submission. To qualify for the promotion, please upload your receipt(s) via the shopFarEast App within 24 hours of your purchase.  

6. Question: Can I combine my receipts to meet the minimum spending to earn 10X SFE$? 
Answer: No, minimum nett spending of $80 must be made in a single receipt from One Holland Village stores to qualify for the promotion.  

7. Question: My birthday is in November/December; will I be eligible for the 2X SFE$ Birthday Perk and 10X SFE$ OHV 1st Anniversary?   
Answer: Yes, if your receipt meets the minimum spend of $80 in a single receipt, you will enjoy both 2X SFE$ Birthday Perk (capped at 2,000 bonus SFE$) and 10X SFE$ promotion (capped at 2,000 bonus SFE$).

2. LINE FRIENDS Meet & Greet 
Question 1: How do I redeem a ticket for the LINE FRIENDS meet & greet? 
Answer: Spend a min. of $50 in a single receipt at One Holland Village for a chance to redeem a ticket. Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis (while stocks last). 

To redeem, simply sign up as a shopFarEast member, upload the receipt in our shopFarEast App and present it at the redemption counter (near Christmas Tree) 15-minutes before the Meet & Greet session starts. Our staff will provide a physical pass to shoppers when requirements are met.  

Question 2: Can I bring another person with me for the meet & greet session? 
Answer: Yes, 1 pass is allowed to a maximum of 4 pax only. 

Question 3: Can I redeem the pass using other Far East Malls receipts? 
Answer: The pass can only be redeemed with a same-day One Holland Village receipt. Other Far East Malls' receipts will not be accepted. 
Terms and Conditions

Shoppers are required to download the shopFarEast mobile application and sign up as a shopFarEast Member to be entitled to any redemption.  

(1) 10X SFE$ (points) 
Receive 10x SFE$ (points) with min. $80 spend in a single receipt at One Holland Village.  
 
- Only One Holland Village receipt (min. spend of $80) dated from 0000 hrs on 29 Nov 2024 to 2359 hrs on 1 Dec 2024 will be entitled to earn 10X SFE$  
- 10X SFE$ will be accorded to members’ wallet upon receipt(s) approval and meeting the qualifying spend, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last  
- Members are required to submit their receipt(s) via shopFarEast mobile app only, receipt approval will take up to 2 working days. Receipts will not be approved in the sequence of the receipt uploading.   
- Issuance of SFE$ (points) is capped at 2,000 SFE$ (for base, bonus and birthday points each) per shopFarEast member, per day during the campaign period  
- SFE$ are awarded based on the date of the approved receipt, and processing may not occur sequentially.  
- Only receipts from stores at One Holland Village are eligible for this Promotion.  
- The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as required without prior notice.     

(2) LINE FRIENDS Meet & Greet  
Receive a pass for a meet & greet with LINE FRIENDS – Brown & Cony with min. $50  spend in a single, same-day receipt at One Holland Village.  
 
- Only One Holland Village same-day receipt (min. spend of $50) will be entitled for the LINE FRIENDS meet & greet pass.  
- Simply sign up as a shopFarEast member, upload the receipt in our shopFarEast App and present it to us at the redemption counter (near Christmas Tree) 15-minutes before the Meet & Greet session starts. 
- Only receipts from participating stores at One Holland Village are eligible for this Promotion. 
- This Promotion is on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.  
- Redemption is limited to 30 passes only. Each pass is allowed to a maximum of 4 pax only.  
- Redemption is limited to 1 redemption per receipt during the promotional period. 
- The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as required without prior notice.     
 
(3) New Member Sign-ups   
Redeem 1x $5 Far East Malls e-Voucher when you sign up as a new shopFarEast Member.  
 
- Promotion is valid from 8 November – 29 December 2024. 
- 1x $5 Far East Malls e-Voucher will be accorded to member’s wallet upon sign-up with promocode <XMAS24>.  
- This Promotion is applicable to non-shopFarEast members (new sign ups) only. All shoppers can download the shopFarEast mobile app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and sign up within the App as a shopFarEast member to qualify for the above promotion.   
- This Promotion is on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.   
- Redemption is limited to 1 redemption per shopper during the promotional period. 

 


GENERAL

1. All terms used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme’s terms and conditions, unless otherwise defined herein.  
2. By participating in this “Christmas - Season of Joy” promotion or by making any redemption at any Far East Malls, Shopper shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the Terms and Conditions stated herein and to have agreed to the same.  
3. shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions shall also apply and shall be binding on the shopper. Visit www.fareastmalls.com.sg for details.   
4. Shopper must be a shopFarEast Rewards Programme member and aged 16 years and above in order to participate in the promotion. By agreeing to participate in this promotion, you will be registered as a shopFarEast Rewards Programme member.  
5. Notwithstanding anything stated in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions, only one (1) redemption of the LINE FRIENDS minini Blind Box and one (1) LINE FRIENDS minini Gift Wrapper  can be redeemed by a shopper under this Promotion unless otherwise stated.  A shopper shall not be entitled to redeem more than 1 redemption item per day under any circumstances whatsoever. This applies regardless of the number of purchases that the shopper has made in the same day, whether at one Mall or at more than one Mall, and regardless of the amount spent by the shopper at any Mall(s) on any day.  For the avoidance of doubt, to qualify for this Promotion, the shopper must have a valid Membership Identity (as defined in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions).  
6. Original receipt(s) can be used only once; same receipt(s) will not be accepted for any other redemptions.  
7. Receipts for the following purchases of goods or services are not applicable for redemption:  
- money currency exchange at a money changer, bank, automatic teller machine or financial service institution;  
- utilization of tenant vouchers, retailer vouchers and/or Malls vouchers or voucher receipts;  
- utilization of tenant stored value cards/tenant vouchers/tenant gift certificates;  
- cashcard top-up receipts;  
- AXS/SAM/POPStation payments and bill payments;  
- online purchases or any online spend (except for purchases made via the shopFarEast Mobile Application);  
- Any purchases or spend made at pushcart and atrium events (by non-mall retailers);  
- Any purchases or any spend where the payment is made with cheque(s); and/or  
- Goods and/or services from a non-profit organisation or financial institution (including but not limited to banks and government institutions); and payment(s) made at offices, duplicated receipts, NETS/debit/credit card transaction/charge slips  
8. Member must be personally present with his or her own original receipt(s) for redemption at concierge or the redemption points. 
9. Redemption may only be made upon the verification of shopper’s Membership Identity to our satisfaction (which may include shopper proving to us that the Singapore mobile number that is officially registered in our records in relation to the shopFarEast Rewards Programme belongs to the Shopper) and in accordance with these terms and conditions and the shopFarEast Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions.  
10. Original receipts (as defined in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions) which have been used or presented over the redemption points for redemption purposes, will not be accepted for redemption purposes or for any other purposes via the shopFarEast Mobile Application.  
11. Splitting of receipts from a single shop/outlet/store is not allowed. The Management reserves the right to turn down any redemption if such an act has been committed.  
12. All images are for illustration purposes only and actual product may differ.  
13. The Management reserves the right to see all purchases made by shoppers before granting redemption(s).  
14. The Management also reserves the right to see the bank charge/debit/NETS slip(s) in relation to the purchase, which must correspond to the name stated on the credit/debit card(s).  
15. Redemption items must be taken as awarded and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or in-kind. The expiry date of vouchers (if any) cannot be extended. The Management reserves the right to replace redemption items with items of similar value.   
16. The Management may take photographs or videos or audio-video or other recordings of shoppers for marketing, publicity, communication and/or other purposes.  
17. By participating in this promotion or by making any redemption for any redemption item, the shopper agrees that all information submitted or provided by the shopper may be collected, use and/or disclosed for, conducting market or consumer research and improving customer service (e.g conducting market or consumer research or surveys; and/or managing and enhancing the products and services of the Far East Organization stable of companies).  
18. The Management’s decision on any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.   
19. The Management reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.   
20. Other terms and conditions may apply as may be determined by Management at its absolute discretion.
