LINE FRIENDS minini Plush Pouch with Reusable Bag & Festive Couplet


Question 1: Can I redeem the Plush Pouch with Reusable Bag on the same day if I hit the minimum spend? 
Answer: You may redeem the Plush Pouch with Reusable Bag once the Plush Pouch with Reusable Bag e-Voucher is in your shopFarEast App. Regrettably, redemption cannot be processed without a valid e-voucher.  
 
Question 2: How long does it take for my receipt to be approved? 
Answer: The processing period will take up to 2 working days. 
 
Question 3: When is the last day of redemption for the Plush Pouch with Reusable Bag? 
Answer: Please refer to your Plush Pouch with Reusable Bag redemption e-Voucher expiry date in your e-Wallet. Redemption is also subject to availability, while stocks last. 
 
Question 4: Can I exchange the Plush Pouch with Reusable Bag for something else in return? 
Answer: No refund or exchange for cash or in-kind will be allowed. 
 
Question 5: Can someone redeem the Plush Pouch with Reusable Bag on my behalf?

Question 6: How do I redeem the Festive Couplet? 
Answer: Simply present your receipt with a minimum spend of $58 in a single same-day receipt at the available redemption points. Only a maximum of one redemption per member, per mall, per day. 

Question 7: Can I upload my receipt via the shopFarEast App and redeem the Festive Couplet later?  
Answer: No, the Festive Couplet can only be redeemed in person at the redemption points on the day of the receipt date. However, shoppers can still upload receipts to earn SFE$ and receipts must be uploaded within 24 hours to earn the shopFarEast points.  

Question 8: Can I get both Plush Pouch with Reusable Bag AND the Festive Couplet? 
Answer: Yes. With min. $150 spend, shoppers can redeem 1x Plush Pouch with Reusable Bag and 1x Festive Couplet within the same receipt date.  

Question 9: Can the 3 receipts be from different malls?  
Answer: Yes. The 3 receipts can be from different Far East Malls.

Question 1: How can I get a chance to play the Spin & Win game in the shopFarEast App? 
Answer: Spend a minimum of $38 in a single receipt and receive a game chance to spin the wheel and win prizes (up to 8,888 SFE$ (Points)). 1 game chance will be issued per receipt. 
 

Question 2: How many times can I receive the Spin & Win game in a day?

Question 3: How can I get game chances for the Spin & Win game?  
Answer: You will receive the ‘Spin & Win’ game chances in your shopFarEast App wallet under ‘Game Chances’ once the receipt has been approved. Prizes will be accorded to your wallet upon game completion.

Question 4: How long does it take for my receipt to be approved?

(1) Plush Pouch with Reusable Bag 
Receive 1x exclusive Plush Pouch with Reusable Bag with minimum $150 spend. 
   
- Promotion is valid from 10 January – 16 February 2025.    
- Limited to 1 redemption per member, per receipt day.   
- Required minimum $150 spend to be made within a maximum of three (3) same-day receipts at any Far East Malls.   
- Receipts must have a minimum nett spending of $10.  
- Members are required to scan the receipt(s) via the shopFarEast mobile app and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion.     
- Members will automatically receive an e-Voucher in their shopFarEast App e-Wallet for redemption of the Plush Pouch with Reusable Bag upon receipt(s) approval (processing period: up to 2 days).    
- Redemption of the Plush Pouch with Reusable Bag is available at the following collection points: Clarke Quay Central, One Holland Village, Orchard Central, Square 2 and West Coast Plaza.  
- Limited quantity of Plush Pouch with Reusable Bag is available and will be given out on a first come, first serve basis. You may visit here for updates on the stock availability.

- Required spend to be made in a single same-day receipt.  
- All Far East Malls receipts will be eligible for this promotion. Members are required to redeem at the respective mall’s concierge/collection point only. 
- Member to present physical qualifying receipt at concierge counter/collection point for the redemption of Festive Couplet (4-Piece).  
- Maximum one (1) redemption per member, per mall, per day.   
- The Festive Couplet (4-Piece) is provided on a first-come-first-served basis, and redemption of the Festive Couplet (4-Piece) is subject to availability at the participating malls, while stocks last.   
 
(3) Spin & Win 
Receive one (1x) game chance in the shopFarEast App with minimum $38 spend in a single same-day receipt.  
 
- Promotion is valid from 10 January – 16 February 2025.  
- Required spend to be made in a single same-day receipt.  
- Limited to one (1x) game chance per receipt, regardless of amount spent.  
- Capped at three (3x) game chances per member, per day, across all participating malls.   
- Only receipts that fall within the campaign period are eligible for the ‘Spin & Win’ game.  
- Members are required to scan the receipt via the mobile app and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion.   
- Members will automatically receive the ‘Spin & Win’ game chances in their shopFarEast App Wallet under “Game Chances”.  
- Game chances will be issued upon receipt approval (processing period: up to 2 working days from date of submission).
- Game chances that are not utilised before the expiry date stated will be forfeited. 
- Game prizes will be accorded to members’ wallet upon playing the game, all prizes are limited in quantity and on a while stocks last basis.  
- Game Prizes will be automatically credited to their shopFarEast App e-Wallet (processing period: up to 1 day). 
- Far East Malls e-Vouchers issued for this promotion will be valid for 1 month from the date of issuance. There will strictly be no extension of the expiry date of the e-Voucher.

(4) New Member Sign-ups   
Redeem 1x $5 Far East Malls e-Voucher when you sign up as a new shopFarEast Member.  

- Promotion is valid from 10 January – 16 February 2025. 
- 1x $5 Far East Malls e-Voucher will be accorded to member’s wallet upon sign-up with promocode <CNY2025>.  
- This Promotion is applicable to non-shopFarEast members (new sign ups) only. All shoppers can download the shopFarEast mobile app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and sign up within the App as a shopFarEast member to qualify for the above promotion.   
- This Promotion is on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.   
- Redemption is limited to 1 redemption per shopper during the promotional period. 



GENERAL

1. All terms used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme’s terms and conditions, unless otherwise defined herein.  
2. By participating in this “Seasons of Love – minini at Far East Malls” promotion or by making any redemption at any Far East Malls, Shopper shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the Terms and Conditions stated herein and to have agreed to the same.  
3. shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions shall also apply and shall be binding on the shopper. Visit www.fareastmalls.com.sg for details.   
4. Shopper must be a shopFarEast Rewards Programme member and aged 16 years and above in order to participate in the promotion. By agreeing to participate in this promotion, you will be registered as a shopFarEast Rewards Programme member.  
5. Notwithstanding anything stated in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions, only one (1) redemption of the Plush Pouch with Reusable Bag and one (1) Festive Couplet (4-Piece) can be redeemed by a shopper in the same day under this Promotion unless otherwise stated. A shopper shall not be entitled to redeem more than 1 redemption item per day under any circumstances whatsoever. This applies regardless of the number of purchases that the shopper has made in the same day, whether at one Mall or at more than one Mall, and regardless of the amount spent by the shopper at any Mall(s) on any day.  For the avoidance of doubt, to qualify for this Promotion, the shopper must have a valid Membership Identity (as defined in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions).  
6. Original receipt(s) can be used only once; same receipt(s) will not be accepted for any other redemptions.  
7. Receipts for the following purchases of goods or services are not applicable for redemption:  
- money currency exchange at a money changer, bank, automatic teller machine or financial service institution;  
- utilization of tenant vouchers, retailer vouchers and/or Malls vouchers or voucher receipts;  
- utilization of tenant stored value cards/tenant vouchers/tenant gift certificates;  
- cashcard top-up receipts;  
- AXS/SAM/POPStation payments and bill payments;  
- online purchases or any online spend (except for purchases made via the shopFarEast Mobile Application);  
- Any purchases or spend made at pushcart and atrium events (by non-mall retailers);  
- Any purchases or any spend where the payment is made with cheque(s); and/or  
- Goods and/or services from a non-profit organisation or financial institution (including but not limited to banks and government institutions); and payment(s) made at offices, duplicated receipts, NETS/debit/credit card transaction/charge slips  
8. Member must be personally present with his or her own original receipt(s) for redemption at concierge or the redemption points. 
9. Redemption may only be made upon the verification of shopper’s Membership Identity to our satisfaction (which may include shopper proving to us that the Singapore mobile number that is officially registered in our records in relation to the shopFarEast Rewards Programme belongs to the Shopper) and in accordance with these terms and conditions and the shopFarEast Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions.  
10. Original receipts (as defined in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions) which have been used or presented over the redemption points for redemption purposes, will not be accepted for redemption purposes or for any other purposes via the shopFarEast Mobile Application.  
11. Splitting of receipts from a single shop/outlet/store is not allowed. The Management reserves the right to turn down any redemption if such an act has been committed.  
12. All images are for illustration purposes only and the actual product may differ.  
13. The Management reserves the right to see all purchases made by shoppers before granting redemption(s).  
14. The Management also reserves the right to see the bank charge/debit/NETS slip(s) in relation to the purchase, which must correspond to the name stated on the credit/debit card(s).  
15. Redemption items must be taken as awarded and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or in-kind. The expiry date of vouchers (if any) cannot be extended. The Management reserves the right to replace redemption items with items of similar value.   
16. The Management may take photographs or videos or audio-video or other recordings of shoppers for marketing, publicity, communication and/or other purposes.  
17. By participating in this promotion or by making any redemption for any redemption item, the shopper agrees that all information submitted or provided by the shopper may be collected, use and/or disclosed for, conducting market or consumer research and improving customer service (e.g conducting market or consumer research or surveys; and/or managing and enhancing the products and services of the Far East Organization stable of companies).  
18. The Management’s decision on any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.   
19. The Management reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.   
20. Other terms and conditions may apply as may be determined by Management at its absolute discretion.
