BURRATA JOY AND GUSTAVO LAPASTA

Gustavo Lapasta and Burrata Joy are the combination of two concepts, by Garibaldi, coming together and providing a place for families, friends and couples to meet and enjoy their time together whist surrounded by good food.

Gustavo, in Italian, actually means “what I used to appreciate”. This allows us to focus on getting people to savour and indulge in the cuisine we appreciate and delight back home with our family and friends. Furthermore, Burrata Joy highlights the connection between appreciating traditional, authentic ingredients in the presence of others. With an explosion of flavour oozing from the Burrata cheese and an outburst of pleasure from the people around us – we aim to create joy.
