1. Question: How long are the vouchers valid for?
Answer: All purchased e-Vouchers ($5, $10, and $50 e-Vouchers) are valid for 1 year from the purchase date, regardless of the gifting date.

2. Question: How long is the e-Voucher gift valid?
Answer: Once gifted, the redemption pin will be valid for 2 weeks. If unredeemed, the e-Vouchers will be returned to your wallet automatically. Remember, purchased e-Vouchers expire 1 year from the purchase date, regardless of the gifting date.

3. Question: Can I cancel an e-Voucher gift?
Answer: Yes, if unredeemed, you can cancel the gift anytime under the 'Activities' tab. Redeemed gifts are non-refundable.
