Supply Meet Dough

Our 12th baker at Baker X @ Orchard Central is Supply Meet Dough, operating from 2 to 18 September 2022. We spoke to founders Doris, Dione, and Martina to find out more about their baking journey. 

Founded by three good friends, Doris, Dione, and Martina met back in 2007 while pursuing their Diploma in Supply Chain. They happened to be in the same project group and found that they all have the same interest in food and baking. 

They started Supply Meet Dough in November 2020 with their unique Ondeh Cookies as they all enjoy the taste of gula melaka with the shredded coconut. They gradually expanded their offerings as they venture to bring about a wider variety of bakes but still staying true to the usage of fresh and premium ingredients – providing their customers with only the best.
 

Being a part of Baker X @ Orchard Central

 

The trio felt that the project would be a great opportunity to showcase their bakes and gain more brand awareness. Using their bakes to connect and reach out to their customers – new and existing customers alike.

Baker X @ Orchard Central is a project to give budding home-baking entrepreneurs the opportunity to trial with a physical outlet and scale their business.

 

Through this initiative, Far East Organization aims to encourage the entry of new brands and enhance the business ecosystem in Singapore by providing customers with more choices and encouraging greater diversity.

 

Bakers work in a fully equipped baking studio and café, a physical space provided to them at no cost, over a period of 2 to 6 weeks to bake and sell.
