Our 29th baker at Baker X @ Orchard Central is N’atisserie, operating from 1 March to 2 May 2024. We spoke to founder, Natassia, to find out more about her journey.

Having graduated from HTMi with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, Natassia was inspired by her father's encouragement to pursue her passion further by selling her bakes online. Thus, she embarked on a journey to share her love of baking by launching N’atisserie, specialising in crafting exquisite French tarts. Her passion and dedication infuse each heart-filled pastry created, ensuring that every bite is a celebration of flavour and craftsmanship.

Being a part of Baker X @ Orchard Central

 

Natassia saw Baker X as an opportunity to expand her business and try her hand at selling her tarts in a brick-and-mortar store. By establishing a physical presence, she not only gains the chance to engage directly with her customers but also to formulate innovative strategies to expand her brand's reach to a broader audience.

About Baker X @ Orchard Central

 

Baker X @ Orchard Central is a project to give budding home-baking entrepreneurs the opportunity to trial with a physical outlet and scale their business.

 

Through this initiative, Far East Organization aims to encourage the entry of new brands and enhance the business ecosystem in Singapore by providing customers with more choices and encouraging greater diversity.

 

Bakers work in a fully equipped baking studio and café, a physical space provided to them at no cost, over a period of 2 to 6 weeks to bake and sell. The cafe also houses social enterprise, Tea Ideas, which opens from Tuesdays to Sundays.
