Ayam Penyet Ria, established in 2004, pioneered one of the most popular dishes in Indonesia, the Ayam Penyet (Smashed Fried Chicken) dish in Singapore. Ayam Penyet Ria's chickens are marinated fresh daily with quality imported ingredients and fried to golden perfection. It is then smashed by a wooden mallet to loosen the bones from the chicken and served with their signature sambal terasi.
